This application is the first step in exploring Mentoring or Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) at Hearts Landing Ranch. We understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and we want you to know that your information is received with care, respect, and confidentiality.

- Interest Form: Click the Interest Form Button below, and input contact info and any questions you may have (2-4 minutes)
- Client Portal Email: Look for an email inviting you to the Simple Practice Client Portal, this is not automated, while we will try to be as swift as possible, please give up to 3 Business Days for a reply.
- Application: Once you log into the Client Portal, plan for 20-30 minutes to fill out the application form and other practice documents. (There are no right or wrong answers—this helps us understand how to best support you).
- Intake Meeting: Once the team is able to review your application, we will be in touch to set up an intake meeting. Most often this is in-person at the Ranch, but could also be done over telephone or video call if needed. This meeting will be roughly 1hr, and give time for you and your therapist to discuss your treatment goals, finish any remaining intake paperwork, and get acclimated with the space.
Our programs are ground-based only (no riding) and we typically recommend starting with 8 weeks of consistent weekly sessions to support meaningful progress. Sponsorships may be available based on need/sliding scale. Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) with a therapist is $300/session or $175/person in a group session of two or more. Mentorship (without a therapist) is $50/session. The cost of an Intake Session is $100, due at the time of scheduling. In the case of scholarship or mentoring, the remaining amount will be put towards sessions until the balance is used up.
